Are you removing the slashes from the file name?
Not sure why it doesn't default to hyphens.

Removing the date with the slashes did the trick. I'm also a big dummy. Thanks!

Not sure if this has been addressed before, what should I be looking at for replacing the side LED's?

Also interested in finding this out if someone would be so kind as to provide details of replacement smd leds. Do the existing side leds remove easily with a desoldering wick?

Does anyone know of an alternate way to get at these things?  I'd really like to have a HHKB layout with MX switches.
Current daily drivers : HHKB Pro 2, HHKB Lite in a server rack, A few Filco numpads in brown and blue, Pure Pro in Brown with Rainbow PBT, CM Ninja in Brown with white engaved PBTs, two Model Ms 89 and 91 with a few red esc, Ergodox full in clear with blanks, a jdcarpe built 40% awaiting some Round 6 keycaps, and soon a Gon custom.  Hundreds more on site at a mechanical friendly work site where I am the purchaser.  If it exists, I probably have used one!

Since we all like pictures so much I figured I would take some of my Viper, sorrounded by various things that I am going to use to build it as soon as my stabilizers and springs arrive. The plate has one minor imperfection which is a tiny scratch at the left side of the spacebar, I don't mind it though. Once it is built I will never see it again :)

Just saw these, amazing pics man!

Out of curiosity, any other people doing PCB mount Vipers? I want to have ability to change switches and springs later.

Got my Viper in!
Thanks to Elton tjcaustin!

These caps are placeholders until I get my hands on the Granite bonus back.

In other news, xmodmap does not wanna play nicely like it did with my Poker II...
I'll have to tinker with it to see why.

Oh wow Stylin,

Granite looks FANTASTIC with that case color, is that profile tough to use with the angle on the case?

Not really, but I have larger hands than most.
The new layout is getting to me more than the case/caps profiles.
Also, this thing is a seriously beefy little keyboard.
I feel like I'm trying to lift Mjolnir every time I go to pose it.

Wow, at least from your pictures, the blue-grey looks a lot less blue than duck's images. It looks so classy, almost wish I ordered that colour now!  :)

Heads up, for anyone with a Viper:
In the keymapping software, you have to leave the space directly to the right of the space bar blank, in in order for the bottom right mods to map correctly.
Otherwise, the software confuses your keyboard for an Eagle, and throws everything off.
So your bottom row should be [blank] L Key, L Key, Space [blank] R Key, R Key [blank]

Or maybe it's just mine ;)
