Quote from: ramnes on Thu, 28 April 2016, 05:29:55Nice! Where did you find it?good old eBay, though it was a good price even if it wasn't new. I just considered that a bonus . Now I just need to find an industrial somewhere that isn't $1000 or over and I know the price on this will skyrocket ($100 now): http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-Model-M13-Industrial-Keyboard-Maxiswitch-with-Trackpoint-06H4173-/231925666516?hash=item35ffd8d2d4:g:hEYAAOSw6kxXH83J

I have one to modify lying around from the secret santa :DJust a teensy flashed with soarers and 4 wires soldered to the pins on the original connector. I kept it very simple so I could remove the teensy at any time because I have a 5150 and 5151 monitor that this board came with, all in their original boxes.that's cool. Hopefully I get around to doing the same :D

Show ImageA thing of beauty you have there! I've got 4 industrial IBM keyboards (one real, 3 NOS full shells) but they're all full-size. I'm still pissed off that I got outbid at 450 EUR (I think it went for 510 EUR) back in the days when there was a real industrial miny on sale at DT.
Thanks. please show us some pictures of yours, not easy to find one of these nowadays. Even thought its overpriced for mine i never regret a bit getting this piece.

The only pic I have is this one: the real industrial with M13 white-on-black keys and the "fake" one with white keys from an Ambra (the Ambra one is missing the 'H' key but then 'esc' was available as I had a black-on-red Geek Hack IBM Model M keycap from a groupbuy from the prehistoric era): (Attachment Link) nice ones you have there. my industrial ssk cost 1.050 By the way how much did that gorgeous industrial mini cost you? (even it it's overpriced, you'll probably always find someone willing to buy it for a very very good price anyway)
Kinda off topic but does anyone have a link to a tool that can open the Model M? Need to do the bolt mod. Been to a couple stores and none of the tools i've found fit.
