Hi everyone!

Like everyone else, I'm a mechanical keyboard nerd. I'm relatively new to the game, but have gotten a bit of an addiction going on.

I work in technical support as a chat agent for a web hosting company, so there is a lot of typing involved. I'm here to look for the absolute best keyboard to help me get through the day. - I think the geekhack community can help me with that.

You'd probably want something fairly quiet, especially if you type whilst on the phone.  Not much worse than speaking to someone and hearing their keyboard rattling, and wondering whether they are really listening to you!

Something with, perhaps, MX clears and O-rings might be nice.  Clears are tactile but not clicky, and O-rings would help dampen the bottoming out sound.

Or something Topre, perhaps.
