On the base/alt kit renders i believe one of the split spacebars are labeled 2.25 that should be 2.75?

This is so sick. Can't exactly call it "on theme" but if some UK keys got tossed in there somewhere I'd be very pleased. As far as I'm concerned the so called "alt" kit is the star of the show. Really looking forward to the ISO enter novelty.

As many others, if I join the GB, it will be for the alt basekit. It's quite original and nice looking and, although I get the concept and why the base kit is like that, black on black keys are hard to read and don't have the magic of the alt kit. Maybe the alt kit should be the base kit, and just create an extra kit for the black keys? (I don't know how the MOQs would work for that with GMK).

Of course, having the base kit with transparent labels (so that the RGB from the keyboard shines through when turned on) would also fit the theme (dark with no light on, colourful when the lights are on) and be amazing, but I don't know the feasibility of such a thing in a GMK keyset.

Also, seeing the interest that this thread is gathering, it seems that this kit is going to be quite popular. Maybe it would be worth to consider an international kit with no tertiaries (such as the one in PBT Cherry Milkshake, that includes Nordeuk+es/pt/fr support), or a Nordeuk + LA/ES?

Anyway, whatever you decide to do, really amazing IC!! (Specially for a GMK keyset, which tend to be on the boring side).

Oh! One issue that you might want to look at vheissu is possibly changing the color of the N in Ñ on the novelties kit to Orange then changing the ~ to another color, so the Ñ can match the N that's in the Papel Picado kit.

If you wanted to follow the color in papel picado kit, I think you would want the color to be the same as the ;: key since that is where Ñ goes.

Hi guys! First of all, thank you so much for the support on this keyset. I have read all your comments and feel very grateful for the support I had in the community. Also, sorry for the lack of updates in the past few months, since the end of the year, I've been busy with IRL stuff, and behind the scenes, I've been putting together various things to make a big update and not flood the thread with minor updates.

Now the good stuff: The original post has been updated with the two official deskmat designs, the ISO novelty design has also been finished, a large majority of the collaborations have already been confirmed, and I have been lucky enough to collaborate with two keyboards designers for this set (expect news about this in the following weeks).

A few slight changes have been made to the basekits (Papel Picado is now the main kit due to its popularity). All of this can be found in the Changelog under the OP.

Also, as you can see in the title, the official date of the GB has been revealed: June 2022 is the big day! The exact day of the sale will be confirmed once we get closer.

And that's all, I hope you find this update to your liking. See you in a few weeks!

I guess I can deal with the novelties for HHKB/Mac support. A few sets have clapped novelties but these are at least pretty, just not ideal.
