Welcome GMK Toxic group buy.

I am very excited about this legendary design getting its turn again. And manufactured by GMK it gets the best quality implementation you can get on the market. GMK Toxic is my personal wish/dream which is about to become a reality and i hope you feel the same about it.
I am also very thankful to Danielucf (the designer of Toxic) and Bunnylake (responsible for round two) for trusting me to lead this project. Thank you!

Sweet base kit. Is it just my monitor or does this look more like neon yellow than neon green?

It's toxic/neon/acid green

It's your monitor. Try to look it on a phone. At least on my Samsung phone (in current light condition ... keep in mind smart phones do adjust colors depending on light conditions) it displays colors correctly.

Haha.

Tho GMK might have at least 8u spacebar and probably other vintage sizes like 9u or even 10u.

Most custom keyboards do allow Ansi x ISO enter combination.

Just like in the example below.

Those are non standard GMK Colors. The colors are custom. But for what do you need the color codes?

Well JTK Toxic (i got it at my disposal) is just salad green on black. This here should match more the original sets manufactured by Signature Plastic. The green will be matched to the pantone chosen by Danielucf. And of course the base color will be gray and not black.

I got a pm (way back in the IC phase) from Daily Clack (afaik) and i told them to speak with Originative for proxying. I suggested also to have the proxy for AUS. Unfortunately as i've been told no request was done before. And again - for Toxic (it is a special case because its not my design - except for desolator kit) i am responsible only for kit design.

It's quite different in tone. In person you will definitely see the difference.

I'd love to get in on this, but a 2u bar is necessary for my layout. Will you consider adding a spacebar kit? Historically because the kit is cheap, they usually do quite well. With the large number of Alice boards and their clones, that's a lot of folks you'd be leaving out.

I'd just grab a 2u N9 bar but you say the difference would be quite noticable.

Originative run buys are always unusual (often private/vender buyout from the start?). I guess this set will join the likes of Darkskel as great sets in stock for reasonable prices that nobody knows about.

Since I live in South Korea, I want to buy this through zFrontier, but I wonder if I can qualify for Nightcaps artisan raffle even if I buy toxic from zFrontier. And I also wonder if I could qualify for Nightcaps artisan raffle if I buy Toxic mods, Novelties, or Desolatorkit instead of base.

AFAIK the nightcaps raffle counts only for the purchases on Originative. So basically if you order any kit on Originative you should take part in it.

You know this design causes some old school hearts to beat faster

For new folks it probably offers too few colors. But let see how it ends - because its Christmas and there is Olivia++.
Yeah i guess all kits will get into production. But its just my guess so take it with a grain of salt.

Indeed, it seems like ZFrontier handles only China. Anyway you should consider to order from MyKeyboard or Originative (depending on the shipping costs).
