Difficulty reflashing RS84

Hey guys,

I just recently got an RS84 from a seller and I love the keyboard, but I wanted to change the layout as it had some functions that I have no use for. I tried to read the manual but it is a bit confusing, and I don't think I'm understanding the instructions correctly. Is there anybody out there who can help me reflash this RS84? Here is the layout I currently want...

I tried to reflash, and I only got as far as installing Java and enabling the TMK, but I am kind of lost on what to do... Can anybody lend a hand?

I can't seem to download the .eep file even after downloading the TMK chrome extension

0. Put board in EEP Flash mode (hold esc while plugging it in - should be detected as a printer.

1. You might need to edit labels to match the supported tmk.io labels.

Change what you need using symbols here and editing top and bottom labels (valid symbols here: http://tkg.io/#help)

2. Click raw data on the layout generator and paste that into layer 1 on the tkg eep generator (at the tkg.io site).  Data should look like so:

Choose 1 layer and RedScarfIII as the keyboard.

3. Setup the print plugin as outlined in the pdf and click download eep.

4. Check your print queue to see if it executed correctly.
