I love em!  great job calm!

I'm going to need 2x winkeys in my set. Does anyone want to give or sell me their winkey?
I'm back.

Looks awesome. Somehow I didn't realize this set was loaded with F row keys until seeing the completed product. It is right there in the mock ups though. Looking forward to these, my only keyboard with a numpad is a couple of 1800s though so it won't be going on one of those :(

There are two extra sets. After we ensure there are no issues and everyone has all their stuff, they will be put up for auction with the proceeds being donated to geekhack.

You have another chance.

ugh.

normally I totally hate legends, high profile keys, and colors (flat black blanks ftw) on my main board (and always will).  But I would totally be willing to go the opposite way on a numpad and this set would have been spectacular for that.   there are actual colors used without going overboard like miami does.

I did see this GB in the beginning, but the OP renders looked horrible.  hopefully the numpad is sold separately for at least one of the two auction kits.

Don't worry the youngster's here can't believe their monitors as to how good they look, that's why when they receive them that will put them straight.  Some here may even have forked out their money for the first time and don't know what to expect, all I know with every new Group Buy the results are always surprising and in a good way.  SP are the BEST US manufacturers and they have nothing to be embarrassed about.

The SA Profiled caps are indeed the most beautiful to me because I have always loved big and meaty key-caps for any MX-based keyboard.  Plus it's too nostalgic to ever ignore.

Can't wait to get mine, there's some Cherry and Filco boards itching for these  :thumb: .

I just realized the esc key for the 60 percent keyboard is the wrong color. It is the right profile though.

I wish I found this post early enough :(

I am not doing this GB for profit. Period. I will be charging some extra on top of each order. 2 or 3 dollars, to cover in case shipping runs high, and to order a couple extra sets. These sets are not for me, they will be auctioned off after the GB is complete. My plan is to have three extra sets after all is said and done, and hold three auctions.

When is this auction taking place?

the auction will be taking place as soon as I have the keysets in hand, which will probably when I finish out-processing the Army, when I'm back in MN, in the May-June time frame.

I will be posting on here a week prior to the auction taking place to announce when it will be.

Also, I have been scrubbing the paypal addresses against what was sent to me. Anyone who didn't give me an address in the order form, I am using your paypal address. 90% of people have the same address for both, but for those few people who have a different paypal address than the one given me, expect a PM tomorrow asking you to confirm the address you'd like this shipped to.
After tomorrow, once I've got the form looking nice and neat, I will officially be handing this over to Bunny. Feel free to respond to the PM tomorrow, and I'll update the form as I get them. If you have any specific questions about the GB as a whole, feel free to contact me, but if you have specific questions about shipping, like a shipping change, inform bunny.

If you know for a fact that you do not want me to use your Paypal address, and didn't mention so in your paypal order (like Plater did) then please PM me, so I can take care of it now, before it's an issue.

Anybody that just for the hell of it wants to double tap, feel free to PM me your address, and I'll happily double check it for you when I have time.

I'm sorry it's taking this long. It's a more involved process than I'd hoped. I just want to make sure it's done right, since it wasn't done right the first time, and we got a new platoon sgt that's not giving us much time to live our lives.
This will be complete this weekend.

As this is your first time in a Group Buy here on Geekhack, one BIG word you need to adjust to immediately is 'patience'.  Because most GB's here take considerable time before you get to receive your paid for key-set.

So just keep the faith because with these guys, Calm and Bunny, they will not let you down  :thumb: .

She said these pictures are of the set they made for themselves for their records and future reference.
That being said, they're missing a page down because they made exactly as many as needed for the group buy, and had none left over for themselves. It is in the purchase, and was included in the order.
They also didn't keep a set of the gamer keys and ergodox kits for themselves because they're blank keys. They were included in the purchase and are in the order that's shipping.

WHOO

Is the left shift key in this set shorter than regular 2.25x?

She said these pictures are of the set they made for themselves for their records and future reference.
That being said, they're missing a page down because they made exactly as many as needed for the group buy, and had none left over for themselves. It is in the purchase, and was included in the order.
They also didn't keep a set of the gamer keys and ergodox kits for themselves because they're blank keys. They were included in the purchase and are in the order that's shipping.

WHOO

Is the left shift key in this set shorter than regular 2.25x?

it has been fixed since round 4

In the Tsangan set the left shift looks shorter than its shadow on the card. Sorry, my bad.

Also I don't recall if it was mentioned, but you showed the stepped caps lock with the iso set which had me paranoid at first, but the off-center stepped caps lock is definitely part of the modifier set. I'm assuming you just had the photo as-is, so you posted it :)

Still, scared me for a bit there.
