The winkey less version of the Focus 2001 meets your requirements. I attached a picture of mine that has windows keys, it may be for sale if you were interested though.

Be careful. You're in the Classifieds. The only Korean Kustom I've ever seen though is CYG's 356CL with blue ALPS.
Boost, if you'd like, I have a set of keycaps from an an AT104(?) (one with the windows key, I think... not sure) that I'm willing to part with. Would you like a picture?

Check out the Dell AT101....pretty sure they have dye subbed keycaps....the AT101W does not....but the AT101 does.
