Pricing at Cannon Keys has been announced, at $575 per standard kit.

Standard kitting will include Cloudline (aluminum case, brass weight, internal SS frame), full FR4 plate, PCB + DB, hardware, custom feet, o-ring, and a carrying case + microfiber. Pricing for other regions and extras will be released as they come in.

I don't have the red board in-hand, and photos won't be as telling as a video - I think best way to get an idea for it is to see it when it's built on-stream (will be announced coming soon). That way the way the anodization plays with light can be demonstrated as well.

This is a group buy, not an in stock item. There's a limited number of units and much more demand than supply. The October 9th date is when the group buy goes live and a group buy is already kinda a preorder. There's not going to be a preorder for a preorder

I hope you can rethink about ISO plates: it would be a real shame especially here in Europe not to have ISO plates during the GB.
Maybe you can think of releasing at least one type of plate in ISO layout (FR4 or aluminum)

The prototype unit is red, and will be built with a full polycarbonate plate with Seal switches (lightly lubed with 205g0, I did not have unfortunately).

Update: September 29th, 2021

Big announcement regarding standard kit and pricing.

The default plate, which was FR4, is now being replaced with a full aluminum plate. As a result, the price of the standard kit is slightly increased from $575 to $585. Respective vendor prices will be finalized before sale date.

This change was mulled over along with some previous feedback - after now having tested both plates (and finding that the sound profile was closer to my preference), it was decided that a keyboard at this price point could use a slightly more premium default plate. For those interested in the alu plate, this will save them a good amount on the kit overall. For those interested in having both an alu & fr4 plate, it will also cost less overall.

It says region locked for both proto and myk on the discord, but I don’t know if uk is its own region. If proto offers iso I hope myk will also.

Don't feel bad, most people didn't get the Brass edition. There were only 20 for all regions. I missed the Hype link during Sat75 R2 GB because I didn't read the instruction. It's also worth point out (since you didn't read) that the alum version was regionally locked. Non NA orders would be cancelled, or would not have gone through.
