I was close to getting a second set of Japanese caps from the Massdrop Re-Cap… until I realised they charged $59 USD on top of the price of each option you pick. Some modifiers were going to cost the same as this whole kit. And the GMK will go shiny in a few months any way.

I’m looking at the Uni660 split keyboard by Sirius which has some weird modifier, Shift and Spacebar needs… but these sets covered everything (unlike most of the sets in the MD Re-Cap).

Super happy with this. And now we wait.

That $59 is the base price, kits added to cart either add to or subtract from that price.  If you had an extra slot for a kit, it would show that $59.  Either pick a kit or remove that extra slot.  Shouldn't just have an extra $59 on top of what is in your cart.

By comparing across photos (not in the same photo) the white has so much yellowish tint to a degree is close to GMK L9 and 3K, not yet even CP - really not talking about WS1 yet.
It is best to show the sample caps next to some Pantone or other GMK caps with known color code, in the same photo.

The 3U keys that came with ePBT Grayscale are proper spacebar keys, same profile as normal spacebars. So it's no stretch of the imagination that the 2.75 and 2.25 keys are like this as well.

I do want to see the new sample color before I decide to join or not - hope it looks at least whiter closer to GMK Minimal (WS1). I understand lots of people find the Japanese part of this make already appealing enough to join - I am those who care the "Shiro" part.

I like both mods but think the icon mods balance out the more clustered complex alphas so I decided to go for that. Can't make a mistake here though, both are fantastic.
