They also have a Facebook account that you can contact. I usually talk to them via discord but I remember seeing a message about them wanting to be contacted through Facebook for customer services enquiries instead.

There is a FB messenger icon on their site (at least the mobile version) that you can use to chat with them. They tend to respond during business hours in Chima.

I must say they always responded to my emails quite fast as well. So never felt the need to send them a message on facebook.

They are most likely to ship VERY soon. There are properly waiting for the bulk shipment and Kbdfans is pretty fast getting GBs out of the door.

Speaking of which, I can't locate the GB thread for this buy... Could you please link me to the thread?
