Nothing discrete about that badge on the top right imo.

Any details on mounting or materials?

The top right badge looks off to me.  Would you consider making it shorter so that it doesn’t touch the edge? It would help the board look more uniform if the bezel wasn’t interrupted by the badge.  Also, maybe make the badge match the slanted design of the case and weight?  You could apply the slanted angle of the middle for the edges of the badge. Or at least apply that as a detail to a side or corner of the badge.

Both of these boards feel like the branding is a little too big and in your face for my taste

Would be nice if you offered the reverse and have pink on the top and then grey badge.  I have so many dark keyboards and need more light colored keyboards. Fantastic job so far. :thumb: I will watch this thread and see where this evolves.

Really appreciate how adventurous this design is. I agree with others that the badge should be shorter, line it up with the key block under it. It's more of a distraction to the interesting "stepped" looked than anything.  I also think the badge would look better in grey.

Maybe etch or engrave just the word discrete on to the case without the badge? You can color in the word with the badge color tho.

SA bliss will look dope on this

Design is cool but unfortunately a lot of keycap sets wouldn't fit properly. The 6 key cluster (home, end, pgup, pgdn, ins, del) usually isn't supported for R2-R3 as this design shows.

Yep. I'd just ditch the PrtSc/Scroll Lk/Pause keys and keep Ins/Del/Home/End/PgUp/PgDn where they should be.

Ditching the supranav keys for no reason is an objectively terrible idea (YMMV). If nothing else, they can be put to good use for other things, like volume control.

Besides that, I agree that moving the nav keys (Ins, Del and HUDE) one row down isn't a good idea, either.

Very interested! I agree with the others that the design would benefit from reducing the size of the badge.

Nice keyboard, Just wondering if there are any dates or prices on the board?
Also just a suggestion instead of having a badge in the top right corner maybe and engraved logo of "Discrete" would look alot better, so you would have your branding and not make the top of the board look clustered. But apart from that the board is very unique especially the bottom.

The keys on the top right if they can be in their original position would be much better.
The keycap height won't match properly and it does seem off to me.

I think the bezels are a bit too fat, reminds me of 2014 gaming laptop monitors. Also if those copper accents are actually all copper that is going to be hella expensive. Still, well done.
