Honestly I may need to cancel my order soon, can't be down $50 for too long... but I doubt we'll have 300 by tomorrow. Come on guys!

Since the US Blue is so new, I might extend it a few days to see if there is more interest. Still have new orders coming in. Also seeing how much I can personally afford to put into trying to make this happen, thinking about auction off some of my stuff to put towards getting this done as well.
Otherwise we can still have some sets done in grey I suppose if any are interested in doing that.
I really hate to have to give up, but there is a point where defeat must be admitted.

looks like logically at this point we only have a few options:

1. Drag it out till we make 300 MOQ. (No clue how long that will take)
2. Everyone go buy 1 more set and see how close we get.
3. Resort to alternatives like imsto or something. (blue or grey keycaps)
4. Cancel the order entirely.

For 1 or 2 to happen we need to make sure that everyone is willing to be patient with it.

Personally I'd be willing to buy 1 or 2 more sets just to make this happen and then sell them off myself later or something. Though I'd want to be sure that everyone's willing to stick with it.

Pretty sure it's just MOQ of 300 to get the white keycaps produced to be printed on ...

It makes me sad the way people jump all over those SP sets, sometimes at similar prices, yet do not show nearly as much interest in this one. The last Red Alert GB had 173 sets sold for $54. These keycaps are so much better and the price is not that much higher.

I need to have at least 30 set for different legend style to make the setup worthwhile.
I don't know, people go for that SP junk so much like its sliced bread.
Personally I don't mind to wait a bit more, but it just keep getting dragged out if it's not helping is no good. I think maybe give it 2 more weeks max for the new options but if it's still not there I think cancellation will have to be done.

You should list those people out in the open like other GB organizers do. Sometimes gives them that little extra push they need to pay their bills.

So your order form doesn't capture their username? Should definitely consider doing that going forward. That's been pretty standard across GB's.

Username is on my form now, and always will be in future. Some of them might not even be on GH though as well, many seem to have email from Korean based service.

Exactly, thats really what makes me mad. They could have at least said, sorry I am not interest anymore, or I can't afford it right now or whatever the case is. Not simply ignore invoice, and multiple reminder for entire month. I mean, I can understand things come up or change your mind about something. I have done so in groupbuy myself couple time, but I always contact to the organizer. Also if the buy was hinging on success on my order, I would try my best not to cancel if I could afford it. But that's me I guess.

If anyone has dyesub buy they want to offer on white set, merge it certainly. It is good for everyone as buy get to reach moq, they get to offer that color keycap and price break for quantity.

I do not have sample set made yet, but here is older thread from first Cherry like font imsto cap. All the legends will be fixed on my sets with true Cherry font, not just Arial rounded. Hopefully these picture and comments will be of help to them on the quality question.

These are definitely imsto. And I definitely think you should merge with the KBD buy and add hangul option back in. I can see if I can contact the OP of the KBD buy.

I cancelled all outstanding invoice older than 3 weeks. I have decide to extend the buy a little as most seem to rather wait and try for it to reach moq again than cancel the buy. With new orders when they get paid we will be about 100 set short still, but making some progress though.

I updated my message with photos. You are shooting yourself in the foot by not providing clear samples. You really need to speak to imsto and get those.

Also, please for the love of god, clean up your OP. If you want me to do it, I don't mind.

EDIT: We should also speak to imsto and get him to see the light about molding 1.5x modifiers with 7x space bars and adding them into his sets.

That's one reason I was holding off for so long, it's cluttered and it was hard to tell what exactly was being sold.

I'm still not 100% what color these keys will even be, I just know the lettering will be blue.

All the sets base color will look just like the example photo of the Russian G80 in the OP. All same color key, similar to current G80 white 'hellgrau' style.

I never done sample before. I always saw having sample made as waste of time and money. I ask imsto if they have any of the white key on hand to have some example key made, but can't get full set on this color since moq need to be met before set can be made. So a full set sample on the correct key color is not even possible.
If the Hangul set organizer want to offer white for thier buy, I would be happy to work with them.

Finally found a full picture of ansi Olivetti. Not the best still, but a better example than what was there prior. These pics you guys dug up were for the old sets on oem profile with that ugly font... yuck.
