Hello geekhack
« on: Wed, 03 September 2014, 19:51:46 »
Hi, everyone
I am kivx, a chemical Engineer from Taiwan.
My job is the maintenance of DCS (Distributed Control System) and I design control logic in a petroleum refinery company.

I've heard this forum several months ago, but I never decided to visit.
My English is not well, but I hope I can improve it and my keyboard knowledge here.
Before came here, I only knew the KBTalking forum in Taiwan and therefore I collected two models from it.

Keyboard possessing:
FILCO Majestouch 2 Ninja, cherry MX Brown + iKBC PBT keycaps
KBTalking Oni, cherry MX Brown
KBTalking Race II, cherry MX Blue
i-rocks K10

Thanks for reading my post.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
