Hello all,

I've been lurking here for some time but finally had some money free and decided to jump in to this hobby seriously.  I bought a Black Widow to replace my old Logitech gaming keyboard last year, and found my way to Geekhack looking for some mechanical keyboard alternatives.  My Filco arrives tomorrow!

I'm not new to this kind of geekery (I've got quite the flashlight collection) but am excited to be into something new.  Obviously, the wallet isn't though.

The Filco will be quite a step up from the BlackWidow.

You have joined at an interesting time - there are some excellent group buys starting up now.

Welcome fellow new member! I made the jump from a Blackwidow to a Filco as well. Mine should be here shortly. Can't wait to see how much better it is haha.

I got my Filco and I immediately realized it was money well spent.  No buyers remorse here.
I also went for brown switches and I love them.

Now, just working on buying some new keycap sets :)
