A door that shouldn't have been opened...

Hi there,

I've only been using mechanical keyboards for a short time.
I've been aware of them for a longer time and have admired some of the cooler builds, but wasn't willing to shell out so much money.

Then a friend bought a cheapo Aukey keyboard with Outemu blues and let me try it. I liked it so much, that I'm now using the same at home and at work, imho one of the best bang for your buck options out there.

But the thought of a higher end keyboard or some vintage keyboards hasn't left me alone.
That's why I've been bidding on quite a few boxes full of keyboards on ebay. Just won one auction with a filthy G80 in amongst the trash for a few bucks and another auction with 18 boards, 17 of which look like generic rubber domes but one looks like a Philips clode of the Model F...

This stuff is fascinating and addictive. Mechanical keyboards should come with a warning label.
