Props to Bunny & everybody involved in this buy.

I don't think I could handle the stress of making a group buy happen, seems a lot of trouble to go through!

Not sure where to post this but I have received confirmation that the "green" for this GB will be a standard stocked color after it takes place.  I do not have a color code though.

I've just updated the site and enabled the contact form and support tickets.
Instead of PM'ing one of us, send us a message using the contact form or open a support ticket.

You can open tickets while viewing your order details or in your ticket history.

I'll be making some more improvements tonight too!

The site looks more professional each time I take a look, I will look forward for more of your GBs. Thank you for the great job, and your commitment for this community.  :thumb:

Can you add color "VDA" to the tool? It is Pantone color 389 C which will be used for the Toxic set.

danielucf's original thread mentions VDA as a probable color code for the TOX color.
TOX color
Signature Plastics    VDA
Pantone389 C
HEXCEDF00
RGB206, 223, 0

The HEX / RGB values were retrieved from the (PANTONE+ Solid Coated) Color Library in Photoshop.

Also this is kinda interesting.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I am unbelievably excited about these keycaps. Toxic showed up right when I decided I was ready to buy my first custom set, and I ordered a full 104-key set the first day they showed up on ctrlalt.io

TL;DR thank you both BunnyLake and everyone else involved!

Sorry I am ridiculously confused right now. I ordered a set of Alphas/mods quite a while ago (near the beginning of the groupbuy) and have not been keeping up with the thread (and do not wish to read through 37 pages right now lol).

Has there been a change in plans? Why are people asking about Toxic Alphas (I thought this was always part of the group buy?)

Toxic alphas were added as an option later on, and are not yet available, along with a storage box. We are still waiting for those to become available.

Doh, I just realized toxic alphas are probably green with grey legends? (I was thought I ordered toxic alphas and was afraid that I ordered something different before I realized that I ordered the regular alphas)

Any way you could update the original post of this thread as you make progress?
Or send out emails to people who are in the group buy?

I stopped checking this thread for about a month and now I have no idea whats going on lol.

nothing really to update, its annoying this has happened, itll get sorted in a day or 2 im sure and ill update when it is

Yea I just didn't know what the chargebacks were about. Skimmed a few pages back and found out... sigh.

Sorry you have to deal with all that crap, good luck, and thanks again.

Damn that sucks :(

You try to do your best for the community, are open and freely communicate with everyone, make everything clear up front, and still this happens.

Some people you just can't please >:D

Hopefully resolved soon.
