So I really loved their progrestouch retro. But my recent experience with them has been awful.
I bought their mx brown maestro tkl, and only their b key was north-facing, causing interference with their keycaps. Seriously what kind of genius does that. They promised to send me another keycap that was supposed to address the problem but I can't imagine how they can fix this without the new keycap being inconsistent with the other keycaps.
I then bought their progrestouch retro TWICE. The first time the right direction key was hyperglide so it was noticeably bumpier and stickier, then I returned it and bought from a different store again. This time the up direction key is hyperglide. Seriously ffs can't they just be consistent and use all retool switches.
