We will update you on GB progress, manufacturing and shipping details at minium once every 2 weeks, or when important information becomes available.
You can expect to recieve your items before the advertised time, however uncontrollable circumstances may cause this time frame to be extended.
We aim to provide the highest quality Keyboards to our users. Our QA process should pick up any imperfections, however if a sub-par keyboard does manage to reach you, imperfections will be evaluated based on their location and size.
The outcome of this evaluation may result in a full/partial replacement, full/partial refund or return depending on the severity of the imperfection.

The gold switch plate option is an option to change your switch plate to gold anodized aluminium. Our previous GB the MACRO-1 this was the only plate color available, so this is for those looking to color match the two builds

You can do that, just need to get the gold top+bottom and an extra white top.

Now that a large bulk of the keebs have been delivered, extras will be available two weeks from today. We will run this in the same way we did the Macro-1 extras, with two rounds. 75% of the extras will be made available in round 1, the remaining 25% we will hold onto for several months just to ensure all GB customers are completely satisfied. Then we will release the remaining 25% in an extras r2. Additionally, we will keep spare PCBs for 2 years.
