The Liminal Keyboard came about when I saw the new style of a few sub-60's that focused there boards on being easier to outfit with the ABUNDANCE of gmk sets we have on the market today.  A lot of big sets run with 40's specific kits but that is almost always an additional cost.  Us 40's folk are die-hard makers and enjoy the hobby not just for its $8000 Keycult TKL's or $400 Avenues... we like to BUILD!.  Thats half the fun of the hobby!

The Equinox, TMOv2, and others were amazing boards that sold well and really opened people up to the ideas of sub-60s without the "need" for specialized 40's kits.

BUT SATISFIED I WAS NOT I SAY!

I wanted MORE.

After speaking with Perrine of P3D, he expressed interest in designing and running a case of his design and running GB for the Liminal. I am very excited to be able to work with such a fantastic maker and well established vendor within the community.

The Liminal is a fun, new, 50% keyboard kit that's a great way for newcomers to dip your toes in the small form factor, or for seasoned 40% veterans looking for a fresh layout.

Hey The_Royal, you can already put the product into a cart and check out on p3dstore. I don’t think that’s intentional?

Edit; that was fast. Sorry if I created some consternation for you. I did QA in a previous job, so I tend to push allthebuttons.

Sneaky, haha I edited the page to add Galaxy Purple in and it set just that color to in stock by default. Could have gotten an early early bird special!

I'm pretty new to GH, so if I futz up formatting blame that. It's why I let Royal take the lead here.

I did notice that the galaxy purple was in stock and decided I didn’t want to cause you or the_royal any headaches in advance.

Crazy timing! I was just looking at GH to see if there was any cool new stuff to talk about.

Anyways, looking forward to maybe being of the 50 tomorrow. :thumb: ;D

Finally, a sub-60% column-stagger layout I can get behind.

Is there any chance the case files will be released? I’d love to design and print my own so it would be really helpful if at least the bottom part would be released :)
