I order through taobaofocus before the keyblack GB was posted. I was just told by TBF that the seller stated it will unlikely ship so they cancelled my order. Given the lack of transparency and language barrier, would anyone know about the status of the seller and these keycaps? It would be unfortunate to complete my cancellation knowing there was a misunderstanding.
I made an order through regular taobao with the help of a guide and Chrome translation as soon as the buy went live as I wasn't aware an international buy would be hosted and I wanted to be sure I didn't miss out - I then made a duplicate order (with a few additional kits, if I end up getting both orders then the wife will get the duplicate so all's well) with Keyclack but had I known right away I would've just waited and not dealt with TB at all, I pondered cancelling my order there but I don't know any Chinese at all so I honestly had/have no idea how to.
I did see some "notice" note on taobao recently that apparently roughly translates to "shipment delayed, not shipping for at least 3 months", or so I believe at least, if I could just automatically cancel the order without dealing with the language barrier I 100% would but I don't think I can as I didn't order through TBF. Then again, this is only because I already have my main order with JChan, otherwise I'd just hold off on cancelling the TB backup as I'd imagine it may just be a misunderstanding, then again if they cancelled the order themselves then I guess it is for good reason. Here's hoping it works out!
