I’ve thought about this, however I’m trying to minimize the amount of new Cyrillic molds I need to do (hence no F-row) so the kit can be kept at a reasonable price

I wish I had seen this before, but there is a R4 1u Алт/Alt key missing from both base kits (and it's really quite important to have that key). Also, the R1 and R3 1u \/ keys in Cyrillic base should be alpha-colored, like the corresponding \| keys in Latin base are. Kitting looks great otherwise.

Edit: There is also a legend discrepancy between R2 1u Кон and R1 1u Кнц. Both keys should use the same legend. I think Кнц makes more sense, but you could just as well have the whole word, Конец, on there (although you may not want to, for symmetry with the abbreviated Нач legend).

Edit 2: The Cyrillic Num Lock legend appears to be using small caps (ЦИФР); it should use regular lowercase letters instead (Цифр).

Edit 3: This is likely just a rendering oversight, but one pair of homing alpha keys in each base kit, А/О and F/J, appear to be rendered as regular non-homing keys instead of scooped keys. It's obvious what the intent here was, but you might wanna fix this just in case, to avoid any confusion with GMK (since an actually scooped 5 key is also present in the kits).

There were some "rendering mistakes", but i'm not sure how many (just was making a few remarks in discord the other day). Also agree/suggested "Кон" instead of "Кнц", but it seems not everyone thinks the same or/plus it's a designers choice. Good eye on homing keys.

Good! A ~~cherry~~ on top would be Cedar Cone novelty in base. Spent a lot of my childhood there- collecting cedar cones for nuts was one of the most memorable things, along with forest/mountain walks.

yeah pretty sure still waiting on quotes for new cyrillic mods. its tricky adding a lot of small doubleshot text like the mods have. lots to review.

I told myself that I would stop buying gmk sets because of the current leadtimes, but I would make an exception for this.
I really like the green. Definitely down for cyrillic base and spacebars if pricing is acceptable

Just IMO - the Cyrillic set with latin sub-letters will be killer!
And this will be more historically correct - Soviet computers simply don't exist without Latin (as far as I know).

I plan on keeping the extension kit latin only to cut down on mold costs, and based on the feedback form I ran a while back it seems that the majority wants to stay as is. Definitely will be a thing for R2 though (if that ever happens)
