(solved) help me build the perfect board
« on: Sun, 26 January 2014, 14:14:02 »
hello all. I'm trying to build the perfect mechanical keyboard to suite my needs. i would like to achieve something of a similar profile as seen with the poker 2 boards in the low profile 60% tex case, pretty much as slim as i can get without totally removing the case... i would want the board to have mx red switches lubed and stickered as smooth as possible other then topre.... and some printed dsa caps..if possible even a spring mod to resemble more of a 30g uniform weight then the standard 45g red switch weight...the thread below has pictures of what I'm going after. http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=47376.0 thanks, i tried to find a topre short throw board as i thought it would be perfect and even contemplated a ml switch board lubed..I guess i'm kind of stuck at this point..any input would be greatly appreciated..im willing to pay for custom work thanks again

is 30g springs heavy enough to keep reds from activating themselves?

Sounds like you want to build a GH60 in a Tex case with some modded switches.
