The only bummer is the mx-red.

Is your kmac also 87 winkey ansi 1.25?

Does KMAC's plate allow opening up the switches without desoldering?

It would be nice to see some pictures to make sure there is no scratch, etc

I don't think KMACs are designed to open with Beast's switch opener.

The thing is still in the box that it arrived in so there are definitely no scratches. I can post pictures if you really want. The standoff screws are used to assemble the switches and pcb without needing to use the kmac2 plate. You shouldnt need the screws unless you really don't want to use the plate. The kmac2 comes with blocks that allow you to alternate between 87 and 89 and considering that it is unassembled that layout is all your choice. Any other questions? You can look at this link of WFD assembling a kmac2

I have seen other KMAC2's that have a standard ANSI layout like on a filco, I haven't been visiting the forum for more than half a year now so I wasn't clear.

KMAC2 is available in both layouts. The PCB/plate of the two versions is just different.
