Cherry MX1A-G1DW 250 pack for $3.07 plus shipping.

PCB mount browns with diodes, right? That's what it looks like according to Cherry's PDF catalogue.

could be an error... man that's cheap :D

$307 would be more realistic :)

That's what I thought too. I placed an order and it came to 9.02 shipped. I guess I'll wait and see. Either I'll get an email about the price being wrong or it will be an individual switch instead of 250.

Last time Ricercar posted a Ebay Cherry Corp SPOS keyboard I presented 10 carefully reasoned arguments why it COULDN'T be a brown cherry keyboard.

It was a brown cherry keyboard.

Clicking the link in the OP now returns a "0 products matched your query" page which is probably not a good sign.

Following the similar items links gets you there eventually.
I wouldn't be greedy. If you all buy at once it'll give the game away though. And as said, special order, so they have time to work it out.

Sometimes it's all computerized, and you can make out like a bandit. MicroWarehouse once posted $0.00 for a case of 100 CDRW, and I bought six cases. Of the dozens of people who ordered and posted to whatever board I was on that year, I was the only one who received his order.

Hell I placed an order, I don't know what I'd do with 250 cherry browns, but I'd find something.

Yeah, they are providing so much service that they are sending the customer to the manufacturer to find out the available parts/numbers.

This might solve some of your canned food date problems.  As far as Cherry goes, everything they do is such an enigma that even everyone at Bletchley Park wouldn't have deciphered them.

Nice. Using two ridiculously obscure historical factoids to explain something that could be communicated by saying "cherry is confusing". Dennis Miller himself couldn't have said it better.

I thought the geeks around here might like that. I would have never said that in public.

I'm not sure what that says about you guys, but I'm sticking to it.

Did you catch the Enigma (machine) = German/Cherry = German dynamic? That was an added bonus.
