Hi fellow geek hackers,

Hereby I'd like to introduce you GMK Camping.
This was planned after the success run of SA Camping, and we finally have the time to settle this down.
First of all, Camping was created by Monkey six with ideas came from friends among the Camp group. It was meant to be a private project within the group. I posted the “IC” here and received a lot of interests which drove the project to be opened to the public. After Camping was delivered, I received questions from different resources asking if we will run that again in the future. Unfortunately, Camping was meant to be a one-off run to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Camp group. As alternative, I talked to the original creator Monkey six, and we are providing the GMK version of Camping in return of your support during SA Camping.
We hope you like this.  And please feel free to provide any suggetions.

Oh my god. SA Camping is one of my favourite sets ever, but cant use since im an ISO user.
This is FANTASTIC news. love the set. 

Is there any plans where you are planning to run this set? I hope there will be a EU proxy.

We've been preparing this for months. So yeah..this is actually ready to go, we'll make modifications per IC feedback as I'm talking to vendors and GMK for group buy details.
The actual launch date depends on regional vendors and how well the pricing progress goes.

Who have you looked at for EU proxy? mechboards, candykeys or mykeyboard.eu are good.

One request, adding a 1u R4 'Hack' key to the base kit would be great!

Also, any chance more novelties would be made? So many bits from actual camping would look cute on keycaps. Like a boot, trekking poles, ala-nalgene bottle, headlamp, etc

Wish it was all text mods... but I love the choice of legends like 'return' and 'print' and 'super', as well as the 'backspace' hhkb bs. Much more appealing than the norm for GMK sets imo

For ISO keys, both of them have the same sign. Personally i like the crocodile gaps on r4, but r3 can also be changed.

I don't care about planck support. But I'd love if it added R2/R3 novelties for 65% layouts . Either way I will buy it though.

Thanks for all your comments/suggestions, I'll surely look into some great suggestions such as a R4 1u End.
About ergo/planck and more novelty keys, the thing is..we are doing this as a vendor GB rather than MD.
Hence we need to take good consideration of pricing and compatibility and of course MOQ.
Once GMK sends me the pricing of this initial design, I'll see what we can do about all your requests. 
Currently, my goal is to keep Camping ~$150 GB price. I received some nice suggestions about lowering the price that really worth considering, such as remove one of those 2 arrow novelties.
Let me know what you think about this please.
