Hey Exclusive, one question.. What kind of QC will you be performing on the keyboards - will it be yourself after they come from factory? And will you be doing the packing?

After the issue with the e8 nameplates, I just want to be assured that the packing will be done in a way that stuff should not get damaged in transit! Packaging of the 2nd shipment of e8 nameplates looked really good, just want to make sure that QC/packing will be good here!

once i escalated and filled in information i got it straight away. Just make sure you have given iinformation everytime they ask for some.
