I apologize for not updating for quite a while
Getting an internship in a hospital recently and some school work earlier have kept me busy

Good news is that the renders for WS1 CP and L9 are ready! I will upload them soon and start a google form

I still need suggestions on the keys included, are 143 keys too many? Are there any keys I could take out from this set?
And what packaging do you guys want? Plastic bags or case?

I suggest starting with the keys provided for the barebones stormtrooper keyset and then add the 7 keys required for 1800 support, that should then cover most popular layouts

Would you consider to add an addition bottom row in R5 profile, like that in Blue Alert(Olivetti)?

You should add a full touch 1.75 R3 control to cover the HHKB, the step version of that cap is cool, but the full touch is preferred. Also, if you want to get the caps count down you can replace the UK specific keys for the R3 `~ and  \| keys to have those ANSI users that preferred an ISO enter covered.

we sold a total of 149 sets with 120 orders. 58 international orders and 62 from China

How were the winners generated?

1. Got a list of orders from zFrontier and made an copy.
2. Censored LAST NAMES of most of the buyers for privacy concerns. (Most because some of them are obvious pseudonyms and some of them i am not sure if i censored the last name or the first name sorry if i couldnt figure it out)
3. Generated a random sequence and sorted the list with the sequence generated
4. Generated random 3 sets of 10 random numbers from 1 - 120. Each set has 1 winner.
5. Generated 3 random numbers from 1 - 10. Each number decides which number will be counted to in number set, and that is the winner.

The communication on the IC-GB was not clear here at GH, it was never stated what was the final layout of the set, not any final details. I suggest you to review the case and get some lessons learnt. The bad part is how easy is for people to loss creditability for things like this.

Good news, I have high hopes on this, mostly, if it is finally made using L9 as the base color because it will be compatible with OG Cherry sets as well as with GMK beige replicas, besides that color matches great with other modern GMK mod sets.

That set is insanely expensive, besides, I already have some OG Cherry sets like it; in contrast, this one would feature the almost imposible to source L9 modifiers that are not available anywhere else; but, in some old keyboards that are very rare and have mod keys that do not fit modern keyboard layouts. Actually if this goes L9 its mods would be very valuable for weird OG aficionados like me.

A fellow GHer offered me the set in this keyboard; but, as you can see its mods are unusable on a modern layout. Anyway, the community will speak its preference; again, I am hoping to get a grip on one unique set in hundreds set, that would be the holy grail of the OG Beige sets. LOL.

That's totally fair, I always forget there is still a big subset of the keyboard community that's all about the retro/vintage stuff. It makes more sense in that context. I just like monochromatic w/color accent schemes and  to my brain beige isn't white or a shade of grey. But I wouldn't be salty if it went the other way, my wallet would be grateful (I'm already gonna go broke on laser anyway) and eventually someone will do B on WS1/2.

L9 mod could provide much more compatibility for GMK beige set like retro/9009 and lots of OG beige set than ws1/cp mod.

Also IMHO L9 is more muted and goes nice with most white keyboards, at least IMHO.

This is GMK Cyrillic without the Cyrillic. Its one of my favorite cap sets

The color code for gmk Cyrillic should be T9 IIRC, and it's more like very light grey.

Exactly.  L9 will go the best with some of the mods being made for these more colorful GMK sets.

I have the samples, i would say WS1 is a white, CP is a creamy white, L9 is a nonononono (not a white at all) 

WS1 or WS2 is the way to go if you want a nice white (like in this case). WS2 is the best white imho, surely better than WS1.

Not pleased with the decision to narrow it down to exclusive combinations of colors and features, honestly. I would prefer WS1 or CP but would absolutely be fine with L9 (especially with R5 mods sweetening the deal) — but icon mods or bust.
