Hi there... I along with two others on GH want to gauge your interest on some very nice beer glasses. These are not wine glasses, don't you dare put your f***ing wine in these glasses.

Short story, a few of us in KBC Slack have been/becoming very into the micro brewery scene within the US. This has led to beer and glass trading but most importantly, every growing friendships. One day Kenny decided for whatever reason to look up Rastal's Teku Glass. Come to find out we can run a f***ing GB for these glasses. We can also get prints on them...in different colors.

This was our idea:

Side #1 - KBC Slack drawing
Side #2 - GH drawing (this portion would be voted for in this thread - all drawings are welcomed)

The minimum quantity is 72 pieces...breakpoints are 144+, 288+, etc. With just one color printing, each glass would be $6.79. They are very high quality. Rastal produces in Italy and the glasses are printed in the USA.

I'm in. Be great if 4 or 6 piece sets were offered at a reduced price, but imagine much of that will depend on hitting MOQs.

I believe there is an extra charge for multiple colors. Once we get a design we will get a quote.

Well I'm okay with spending $10 on a glass personally.

Other Half's Tekus go for $75+ a glass easily on eBay.

Awesome. I will buy a few for sure.

Ken is going to reach out. I think the ultimate conclusion will be color though. We had some prelim drawings and when colors were added they looked great.

Just waiting on users to submit some more designs! Unfortunately Binge is caught up with other work so won't be able to design a side at this time. So please! Anyone with any ideas feel free to post them. It doesn't have to be perfectly finished, any ideas are welcomed. We can have a designer vector them for us.

In other, less sensitive, news; I have one of these glasses from Alchemist and it's great. Nice weight to it and not fragile like some Spiegelau beer glasses. Probably down for some even thought I'm not your friend, buddeh

Update on this

We only have one design from each side so far.. if that's fine with you guys then we'll roll with what we got. I asked the company if we can do all-over multi-color print on the glass, but they haven't gotten back to me. I sent them a follow-up e-mail today. We can wait for that if people would prefer that. Otherwise, we will just go with the two designs we have from Lukas and phfosho.

This is where we’re at for the moment, by no means finalized! Geekhack side could use some work and we’ve also discussed random floating hops mixed in with the bubbles as well as working up a wrap around design as an option as well. Open to critique and design additions!

KBC colors are too busy; would like to see how it looks with gray caps, purple legends, white or blue bubbles/blue bubbles and green hops.
