11/7/20 - IC is up, changed name to Shinethrough because it felt more appropriate

Considering the following:
Non windowed Cherry (R1, R4, R5)
Full caps lock as 1 row vs 2 row (currently 2 row)

11/9/20 - if you're reading this, it means you'll get a preview of what's coming
I'll be adding the following:
R0 - cherry logo, cherry logo (w/ window) r0 scroll lock (w/ window)
R1 - cherry logo
R4/5 - cherry logo
I did consider splitting it up into 2 sets but decided against it.

11/10/20 - added vendors
Requested quotes from GMK

12/7/20 - new kit render, requested new quotes, tee'd up renders for this on a board

12/8/20 - Renders added

Q&A Area!
These are questions I received from the IC form.

Q: Are these padprinted or doubleshot?
A: Windowed keycaps are padprinted, non-windowed are doubleshot.

Q: Will I be able to select just one cap or all of them?
A: Everything shown will be sold as one, single kit.

Q: Please do other classic colors like BoW, 9009, etc
A: Maybe, but my personally philosophy when it comes to running things are to run things that I will use. I don't own Minimal or 9009 so I am not inclined to run it. Additionally, GMK 9009 came with windowed keys if you bought the "aesthetics" kit.

At the same time, it does make me wonder if the reason for it is that it is actually not possible to do one line. I'm not sure.

I can agree with that. This will probably be a discussion with GMK to see if they can fit it in one line (maybe there's a weird stipulation about shine through caps and how much area we can print on).

I was looking for examples of a full size caps lock with shine through but haven't been able to find any examples.

This was created to be compatible with the regular GMK WOB base kit. I know there's a WOB Extension set that finished GB earlier this year but it wasn't my intention to create an add on for an add on.

edit: any chance you could add some r4/5 1u cherry keys?

also, i noticed with the wob icon extension pack the single-layer UV print on the LED cap was somewhat faint compared to the doubleshot white. i’d suggest looking into doing two layers of print for the LED caps here.

I will consider R4 and R5 cherry if you mail me an r0/r5 extension kit.

I will ask for the double layer of print and see what GMK says.

How about an R1 Cherry logo without the shine through? It seems to be implied in the OP that WOB came with them but my set didn't.

Also makes it useful for F13

I suggested adding 1u blank windowed keys.  Ideally a block of 12 R1 for fuction row (or left hand 2x6 block of F row)  or 1 of each R1, R2, R3, and R4 for 65% boards.

That's a lot of windowed keys, I'm not looking to make this a very large kit or offer multiple kits. I'd like to just keep it simple with the vision I had in mind.

I'd love to see these caps in an OG beige colourway too. Not sure if it would make sense to run them both together but if not, that would be a really cool idea for the future that myself and I'm sure a lot of others would be interested in!
