Can Forum Moderators be reported/put on warning?

It seems that in the last 24 hours, I have been strictly moderated by a moderator in particular, and while I appreciate the mod team for their good apples, it only takes one to ruin the bunch, so... long story short, can moderators be scolded too?

unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)
