Aluminum/Wood Poker case idea - opinions?

Would prolly make the wrist rest part shorter.

Why not a metal tray to sit under the keyboard, with the wooden wrist rest out front? That way, you can use it with any Poker case you have.

I wouldn't separate the wrists, though.

Because I thought it would look cooler! The current model of it that I have is pretty bad and sometime I'll get around to making a better one that better conveys what I have in mind.

How about instead of having an aluminum case, essentially, you just have a layer of aluminum plate with holes in it for standoffs. Then the PCB sits on the standoffs, and there is a wooden rest in front of it. Saves on cost, and you can look at your PCB.

I actually knocked a cup of coffee on a Poker, wouldn't have happened if it had a cupholder!

Well, i find the idea with a big wrist wrest pretty bad. It's a cool design, don't get me wrong! But isn't the idea with a 60% to be small?
