Can someone explain how the proxy process works?
Proxying is just having someone receive your order through the mail and then send it out to you once they get it.
Sometime this is done to purchase products that you cannot get sent to your country. In this case it's to save costs.
Instead of getting a bunch of packages sent out each to an individual from overseas, a single overseas package consisting of those orders is sent; that proxy then ships out those packages to everyone. Obviously a proxy in this scenario must be within the same country as everyone else.
Overall the cost of the order is greatly reduced since the international shipping is split among everyone and domestic shipping is significantly cheaper.
