What happened to alaricljs?
« on: Thu, 05 September 2013, 10:31:45 »
Aside from other family members health issues I tied into some bad mojo in the front yard.

Don't look if you have any sense:

This actually looks way better than it feels.  I have massive swelling, joint pain, headaches... Let this be a lesson: the outside is dangerous just stay away.  Better yet finish outfitting your nuke shelter and stay there.

I will be working through PMs when my brain functions better.  Apologies on all the additional delays this represents.

No idea.  I didn't ID any leaves, but there were plenty of root systems with no apparent above ground growth.  And I pulled a whole lot of random crap out of that garden.

That's nasty.

On Tuesday I managed to wrench my big toenail partial off of the nail bed. I doesn't hurt that bad now, but I know the feeling of 'wow this really hurts just like it has for the last 3 hours. I can't be productive. uggg'

ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow

the house i grew up at has a yard that was completely COMPLETELY filled with poison ivy. my dad used to go out there all the time and trim it back because he was either immune or tough as **** (given what he does now i'm going with the latter). i went out there once. ONCE.

never again

Outside is like an alien environment.  The resolution is extremely high, and the colour palette is almost infinite, but it is dangerous and you can't quick save.

Hoping for a quick, recovery :)

I'm sorry to see this happen to you.  The other day I accidentally inhaled some urethane fumes and it made me ridiculously sick very fast.

So far from working with keycaps I've developed skin and lung sensitivities to urethane and epoxy :D  my arms occasionally look as bad as that, but it sounds like you're in much worse condition.

I sent him a PM a while ago when JD recommended for me to contact him with LED questions.  I've since resolved my questions, but have yet to hear back from alaricljs.  We know WFD is okay, thankfully, and hopefully someone knows whether this guy has recovered from his poison ivy (or something like that) accident!
