This is beyond hype!

The one thing I don't understand is why include a separate base kit just to remove the weeb alphas? The mods scream for sublegends like nothing else. It would make more sense to have the second base kit include icon/"modern" mods. Or just get rid of it if you're worried about the second kit cannibalizing sales due to the price difference for the lack of new molds.

from my perspective, the mods make the set and it wouldn't make any sense to offer a "clean" version with modern icons. that would degrade this to a boring "midnight miami"-kind of set. i totally agree with you on the "screaming for sublegends" part but i can also see the attractiveness from the contrast of the busy mods to clean alphas. perfect for people who don't like sublegends while keeping the cost low/the same for both parties. for a big investment in new molds like this you'll need all the support you can get if you want to offer a competitive price.

Absolutely. I wasn't sure if the molds existed yet or not. Curious to know the pricing for this one.

Another vote for katakana mono alphas. Would be a great set for all of us non QWERTY users. I am not sure if using the alpha molds from GMK Masterpiece is fair game here, but they do exist already.
