Hi everyone! My name is Juan (juaninamilli) of daji Keyboards.
I'm quite active in the hobby as an enthusiast and fan of many projects from a lot of wonderful designers and content creators in the space.
I have been in the hobby since 2017 and some of my favorite designs come from the OGs like OTD, LZ, Matrix, LinWorks, TGR, etc.
daji has successfully fulfilled Seis Cinco (privately) and recently finalized fulfillment of Ocho Cuatro. Both outside of GeekHack.

An ode to the board that originally inspired it. The IDB60 was always one of my favorite boards to type on. When I started working on my own 60%, it originally had a similar burger mount with slightly simpler assembly. That changed, literally, 30 minutes after Geon was gracious enough to offer his Tadpoles to designers. With the help of the ever talented Trifelife, I was able to fulfill my dream of a BT Custom. Together (me with some ideas, him with literally everything else) we were able to create a reliable and user friendly BT system. Over a year later and FINALLY....

I am proud to present...
Seis Cero
It has a similar/familiar design language to my previous projects as I like my projects to evolve slightly from the one before it. It offers unique features like BT (optional) and the use of the forementioned Geon Tadpoles that mount directly on the PCB tabs. Mounting style is important, but isn't everything when it comes to a well rounded experience. My obsessive need for a nice spacebar/alphas and experience with past projects has helped with getting everything dialed in with just two prototyping rounds. Whether you build plateless, add a plate or both; there is something here for every 60% lover.

I will be posting a Google Form soon to help establish interest in this project as it will affect final pricing.
In addition, there are several questions I'd love answered. For instance, optional plate materials or thoughts on having a "base" wired model to help with costs or go full in with BT.
Once interest is gathered, we will be moving to group buy fairly quickly.

hell yeah, this looks great. haven't used a board with tadpoles but if the typing feel is supposed to be somewhat similar to the idb i'm sure i'll enjoy it. colors are really nice too, that coral proto looks stellar. in on the gb for sure

The Denim color of the photos and the render is quite a night and day, the former is rather dark blue/navy-ish while the latter is light/softer blue, which one is the most accurate or the final one?

Anyway, this project piques my interest in so many aspects, GLWIC

It's just lighting. I have pictures of that exact board in different lighting and it looks almost identical to the render. That's why I put a disclaimer at the beginning of the renders. There are just too many variables to be able to tell you how it will look on your desk.
