My main board is acrylic, a lot of the love is for the layout but it's nicely rigid and I like the "dead" sound.  I'd be tempted to move the bolts slightly further from the keys at the top and bottom, unless they have big heads and small threads - acrylic can snap if it's too thin.

Looking forward to pics of the real thing :thumb:
