Read Only Memories
« on: Thu, 08 October 2015, 08:44:21 »

Alright so maybe a couple of you remember this post, but probably not, Well ROM is a brand new game inspired by the great game by Hideo Kojima; Snatcher.
I've yet to play ROM as I've barely been home but this game just came out and it looks and sounds ****ing awesome and from what I've been told plays a lot like Snatcher too. If you've not played Snatcher I would highly recommend you use my comment that was linked and get your self on board as it's great!

But I wanted to bring a little attention to this game as this is literally what I would do if I could program and knew how to do pixel art/could draw!

Hardly an old thread - the first post was only 19 days ago!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

If I could do pixel art (and code) I would make demoscenes. Too bad I'm slightly late to the game
