Bit late to the discussion (I missed it), but just saying I would definitely buy an ISO kit. Although I have transitioned to ANSI and similar layouts, I'm still in the UK, and I'd like my sets to be future proof. In the future I may want to use something more full size, or perhaps an ISO-UK Cherry board, so this will definitely be one to get.

By the way that spacy "Q" key from the samples. I thought all the time i've seen that Q somewhere and i got it. Its the "uniqey" keyboard from gmk :)

Thank you T0mb3rry for bringing this!!!! You are much more an action man than I expected after watching the long thread in Comp*****.de

As I suggested in that forum, to expand the set for other Nordic fellows should push the MOQ up. As I remembered, GMK claimed to own original Cherry molds, and Cherry had produced keycaps for almost every layout, so I assume that they have others ISO molds too. There was a time some guys already contacted GMK about ISO layouts, and as I recalled, the problem was always only MOQ.

So let's get this ISO thing done!!! Kudos on you and Wodan. :thumb:

Just as reminder that iso kit and i mean the big iso kit (UK, DE, Nordic) will be running through MD, since we'd like to reach many people as possible for the moq. Also i am working right now on a community kit. I will discuss that community kit here later.

However i dont have any eta on these addons to drop. I hope this gonna drop soon tm.

In regards of deeper orange: i hope i'll get new samples in a few weeks.

If it's not too much trouble, it would be nice to have spacebars + blanks addons for the new drops, I think at least 1.25 blanks could reach the 150MOQ, there was definitely strong interest for spacebars, I would speculate a guaranteed 150 MOQ hit

Blanks would be sweet! I would love to see some 1.5 and 1.75 blanks as well for stuff like the VE.A!

hi, what rows are the community kit? I'm assuming they are R1 same as the novelty kit? I would much prefer the beige key to be mixable in the alpha cluster e.g "M"-Massdrop key is R4 to replace standard M key etc.

I thought the VE.A spacebars were 1.75. Did I miss something?

Take a look at this picture. Spacebars are numpad 0 and right shiftkey. 2u and 2.75u.

Thanks! This GB seriously has been run very professionally. And excellent analysis regarding the Dvorak/Colemak issue -- well researched. But I'd still like to echo that since it can be potentially first for a GMK keyset that has this layout, there may be significantly more interested parties. Perhaps it's worthwhile to run an IC on multiple forums? I'll definitely buy at least 3 myself

Some topre users novatouched their keyboard, mostly hhkb pro2 users. That might be one of the reason they would like to see 6u spacebars. I am sure you already knew about that.

It is known that GMK has the mold for MX space bar in 6u available; of course, it does not fit Topre boards but some 1800 boards whose models include a 6u bar. I just ask because seeing even smaller space bars, that I consider niche, while 1800 Cherry boards are available, I just wonder why not a 6u space bar is also included; but, as always, your group buy, your rules.

You can't use mx spacebars on novatouched topre boards. The only use would be for custom HHKB mx boards, like the X60 or the Duck Viper.
