I think it depends on what support you want to go after.
If you want to go for Terminal-ISO then it can easily be accomplished by removing the numrow keys and as you've already got the sublegend on the \ | next to enter then that would be perfectly fine.
But if you want to include UK-ISO it would require some additional changes to the kitting and sublegend arrangement.
* Sublegend replicated from ~ ` for base to ¬ ` on the UK-ISO key
* Sublegend replicated from 2 @ for base to 2 " on the UK-ISO key
* Sublegend replicated from 3 # for base to 3 £ on the UK-ISO key
* Addition of following keys on R2 ' @ and # ~
* Addition of R1 \ | key
* Sublegend replicated from " ' for base to the ' @ key.
* Sublegend replicated from \ | for base to the # ~ key.
In the above, this means that the R1 \ | can remain a blank sublegend key.
