So, as a final post for this discussion:
1. MoneyGram is currently the only payment option. Lin will contact PayPal tomorrow to see if it would be possible to do transactions through PayPal without funds being withheld. If PayPal is not a viable option, we will continue with MoneyGram. If you win the raffle but don't like the payment option, please respond to my email and tell me you're not interested or post on the thread. (Or post on the thread ahead of time so I don't waste my time sending 100+ emails)
2. The MoneyGram payment will go directly to Lin. This was already decided before the group buy. It eliminates a lot of hassles, fees, taxes, etc. Prior to the group buy, Lin and I decided this would be the best way. If for whatever reason you deem that Lin and I are not trustworthy, please PM me or post here and I will remove you from the list.
3. My role in the group buy: Lin asked that I handle the posts, questions, countless PMs, forms, emails, etc. etc. to prevent him from handling that. His English isn't at the level of someone like Kin, so I agreed to help him out - call me his "secretary" if you'd like.
I'm receiving a keyboard out of this and nothing else. From the beginning, I did this for the community. I'm newer to the community and hadn't yet contributed, so what better way than to bring the Dolphin and EM7 to GH?
If you have any questions or comments, please PM me.
I want to thank everyone else for being so understanding, helpful and for supporting this GB. This is my first go at a GB and Lin's first on GH as well. We're doing everything we can to make this a smooth, easy experience. We understand not everything is ideal, but understand that we're doing our best.
Also, if you'd like to meet me in person (in case you think I'm some fantasy, made-up person), I'll be at the Dayton, OH keyboard meet-up that I'll be helping put together in May. I was also at the Cleveland, OH meet-up a few months ago.
EDIT: In case you guys didn't see the prototype pictures, the album is here:
