If you ordered silver spacebar. And Feng helps you out. I would buy the warped one at the difference it takes you to get a new one.

I'm sold on the aluminium keys from MKC.

I've gotten some pop-up keys, and now a spacebar. I just like how solid they feel and how they sound. Thumbs up!

i must say the aluminum feels nice but the zinc and titanium are even better.

That's good to hear! I have some zinc caps coming. Titanium is too expensive,haha

Got mine. Quality and finish is very good. But I have to say it sadly did not work too well with MX Brown.

The weight just removes the tactile feel and it becomes way to mushy compared to the rest of the keys.

The holes for the switch stems are way too tight. I had to apply alot of force to mount the keycap and removing it almost made me think I was going to break the switch.

It also gets slightly stuck on the way up. Not sure what caused this. Tried on KBT Race.

Mine wasn't so tight on a Filco. I agree MX brown is too weak for this space bar. Replacing the brown with a clear would probably make it feel more like the rest of the keys. You could do it on that Race but it isn't worth the trouble on my plate mount.

Apparently, YES. Maybe we can do it for the next round, also it's possible to provide Cherry profile for these spacebars.

Yes, both Cherry profile and 7x units will be possible. But MKC requires a 100 pieces MOQ. So I'm not sure if we can reach that amount for 7x spacebar. But I think Cherry profile would be fine.

Considering that I'd make either my mxmini or 356mini my Ironman board, there's at least one 7x, heh. Hell, I'd get a silver and red 7x for the other board as well. So there's 3 to your total there.

Ordered via PM from Feng, just arrived then.

It's amazing. Looks fantastic. Only annoyance was had to add two tiny paper squares on the stabilizers and THEN place the space bar on for my Race so that it would sit nicely.

I had to pad the stabilizers also. With Costar it is easy, with Cherry type I think I would try tape.

Wasn't really a problem, just that the stabilizer slots on the key were just a tiny bit loose for the stems to take hold. Was really not a problem to fix.

i thought you meant the fit on it made it wobbly because of the size of the holders.

i actually found mine quite snug, i almost was considering using a screwdriver bit to try to widen the pegs a little
