Are they keycaps on it really that faded? Looks more orange and mint green to me, or is that the lighting of the video?

It's probably the lighting. The sun doesn't really exist in Britain so it's always dark, and my camera isn't the greatest. The colours aren't the most vivid ever, but it's 100% sure they haven't faded as the underside looks exactly the same.

Ah I see! still a really cool board. You should do reviews comparing the sizes of keyboards, cause I laughed my ass off when you said "and this puts it in the ****ing huge category"

Just FYI it's indeed a trading floor keyboard that was originally used with Reuters terminals which are still being widely used:
