Hi Everyone, we are CHAOSERA,

It has been almost two months since the launch of our last kit. In fact, during the EAU group launch, the second kit, Heracles80, has already begun to plan, adhering to our team’s core idea of ​​“doing something crazy”, which lasted 3 month, officially entered the IC stage.

With the feedback from the EAU GB as experience, we have reconsidered the selection of the surface treatment process. Due to the previous baking paint (sticky dust, easy dyeing, etc.), from the actual effect, quality control guarantee and other factors. The final choice is cost much higher than anodic oxidation(ten times the cost of it) and the electrostatic powder spraying process of electrophoresis.
Drawing on the important feedback experience of the previous kit, we have strictly deleted the surface powder spraying. The main considerations are the surface fineness, 100 grid test, and friction resistance test. Among them, we have inspected almost ten spraying companies Fan suppliers, because of their small size and too strict requirements, many suppliers have expressed non-euphemistic refusal to us. In the end, we chose a supplier 2,000 kilometers away from our team. We finally decide to choose them, because of their craftsmanship, the paint surface was wiped 15,000 times with 99% alcohol, and the 100-frame test passed perfectly. During the test, we specially The surface is stained with dirt. During the cleaning process, we were pleasantly surprised to find that most of the dirt can be easily wiped off just by water.


Our positioning for ourselves has always been to do something we like to do quietly. After solving the most worrying process problem, the next step is to think about product design.

Firstly, in terms of technology, we combined flash powder spraying, secondary anodizing, and titanium to show the high cost of a keyboard with a curb weight of nearly 5kg in the most intuitive way.

Secondly, thanks to multiple rounds of screening, we have retained high-quality suppliers with a high degree of cooperation. So far, Heracles has undergone three rounds of proofing and modification. After each round of proofing, we will actively discuss and think with suppliers. , review the issues identified so far, and apply the new insights to the product. After the CNC process, the hardware materials of Heracles will be finely polished and sandblasted to ensure that the surface of the product can have a delicate hand and excellent texture. However, the defective rate of the product will continue to increase with the increase of the process. Behind each process, there may be problems caused by human or various factors. Here, we also learn process tracking. Behind every important process of Heracles, there are our staff who follow the whole process.

After reviewing a lot of information and combining our actual perception on the research and development side, we also have some new ideas in structural design. Through recent physical research, we have achieved initial success in terms of effect, and will be updated in the future. Explain the structure in detail.

Finally, I would like to thank the fans who care about CHAOSERA. When we didn't know what name to name this kit, the name Heracles provided us with a very precious inspiration, and from the beginning, the whole life idea that made trouble was born—— Hercules Bronze Fist, this powerful divine fist will be sold as an optional accessory.

Front Design:


The front of the kit is composed of two parts, the inner and outer frame, which can be divided into black and white. Compared with the spraying process of EAU, the flash powder selected this time has greatly improved the visual effect, surface strength and physical touch.
The inner frame part adopts an oxidation process, and the chamfered part adopts secondary anodizing, so that the front three-color effect can be achieved at most.


Side design:
The sides feature our titanium weights and bite buckles, as well as Hercules' originality here.



Back Design:
The overall design of the back of Heracles80 is neat and tidy. We are still trying to express it in some more gorgeous ways. We are still testing it. We will update the rest of our ideas in the next IC update.

At present, the real object is the first batch of complete body proofing. After getting it, we have carried out many violent experiments on the kit, including but not limited to the steel file experiment on the powder coating layer. Therefore, the kit in the picture may have defects.
