I don't get an email in my inbox or spam when In input my email. When I just put my username it says does not exist.
I went through some similar stuff earlier so let's troubleshoot it for ya! The password reset form only works by full email address. When you entered yours, did it say it successfully sent a reset email ? I think it was red text if memory serves. If yes, check that your spam folder or something didn't catch the email. If you can't find it, try resetting again, make sure you get the red text and give it 10-15 minutes for the mail to show up. When it does, make sure you include any periods it has in the password. The important part is the username though. Try your email address first and if that doesn't work, try any usernames you might have used (reddit/GH name maybe?).
If the password reset form doesn't say "successfully reset" or says it doesn't exist, your account may not exist or maybe you had a typo the first time. To confirm this, try creating a brand new account using your old information and it should say something like "Email address already exists" when you try to finish. If it doesn't say that and lets you register, your account didn't exist and you can use this new one.
If the form DOES say successfully sent, spam mail isn't showing it
and it doesn't show up after 15 minutes on the second attempt, something is wrong and you should contact ArtKey directly. They were helping us individually in AK Discord, so I would try there first (provided they are not asleep). Best of luck!
