We will have 4 colors. Probably white, black, light blue, mid gray (or red).

new samples have been sent to the manufacturers. This will take another week I guess. Jeez!

Not much has changed in terms of order received, we are still under 80% but I need to know the final quote from the manufacturer, because it is very likely that we already reached the critical mass!

That would be nice having a space-bar match your current key-set BUT it won't happen because this manufacturer won't have access to those colours when they start pouring into the molds.

Have to wait and see what actual colours will be available (maybe already mentioned but too lazy to flick back and read - yes I'm a moron)

It has been discussed, dark gray/black and white will be colour-matched so they will match, the extra colours blue, mid grey, red etc. will not be colour matched (very expensive to do apparently).
I was hoping we could get a grey match for the 10th Anniversary set but just going to have to hope it's close

Has there ever been a reason to why HHKB's or Realforce keyboards haven't come with pbt spacebars?

does this mean that there's only a discount for every 'set' of 4? (4-8-12-16 etc)
or is there a discount for every piece ordered in quantities of 4 and up? (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 etc)

Ok. this is what is going to happen.

1. Manufacturer will make the 3D model
2. A CNC spacebar based on that model will be machined and sent to me
3. If everything looks good we will proceed to mass production (possibly 4 colors)

The process will take 4-6 weeks I guess. Slow moving, but moving...
