IBM 5140 SKCM Brown
« on: Wed, 29 January 2025, 15:28:52 »
I just got to open my newest item for the collection. The keyboard from an IBM 5140 convertible laptop. Seller wanted an arm and leg for shipping and I only wanted the keyboard. The seller was nice enough to remove the keyboard and only ship that. Upon further inspection there is no lock key, but a different bonus was included. In the sections of narrow keys they use a modified SKCM/SKCL slider and housing and is a linear switch. I like the browns so far. Need more time to play with them.
Always looking for Alps SKCM/SKCL switches. Feel free to DM.
