General feedback on 3D printed Preonic case design

MJF Nylon is only an option if your outsource as it's a commercial only style printer (powder).
Nylon in general is really not a good choice for FDM either as it has a REALLY high shrink rate, terrible layer adhesion (both worse than ABS) and is extremely flexible. To really do Nylon well (and of even modest sized parts) you need a heated chamber which is typically only on commercial printers.
