I'm not quite sure at the moment. I am thinking about the longevity of topre keycaps due to the recent increase in availability of topre to mx sliders. But I will at some point in the future. I just wanted to let you know that I was super pleased with the Topre FNs I received. One was a little freebie, but it was in a great color - both were great actually. The fit is seriously my favorite aspect, and they seem to be just the right thickness for me. I've been using both since I got them, and they've been great overall. Even the one with the slight imperfection.
I really appreciated your sale and look forward to more :D

Aww, there's no light blue topre fn on this batch. :(I'm making a new Fn mould. This time with a bit more thickness and I have thickened out the stem.

They have arrived! Lovely colours and 2 extras, some of the stems aren't a perfect fit on topre so I'll look at shaving off a tiny bit inside and see of that fixes it. A lovely first addition to my HHKB, thanks RoastPotatoes ;) .Sorry if the stems aren't a perfect fit. I know these are much tighter than previous ones because I did a thicker stem. I've had that problem with topre stems as well; pouring in the resin from the side where both of the "bends" meet has helped for me! Hope you figure out a way that works for you! :)

As for Topre stems, I've had only moderate success hand pouring my resins. I was hoping pressure would take care of the air bubbles but it seems like this is still an issue for you even with a pressure pot? :eek:
Also, interested to know what resin you were intending to use. I'm thinking of getting smooth on 310 for my translucent keycaps. I have some 326 that I'm waiting to use once I my setup is complete.

I'm not really confident either way at the moment. I have heated my resin to be more at 23 degrees and the results were mildly better. I am now thinking it might just be an unfortunate combination of factors. Possibly the pigment is just much harder to work with. But there was a definite turning point. Because I was making fine green stuff at one point.
Today I made a couple of new moulds and powdered pigment it seemed to turn out fine.

I actually have a few of these. The detail is incredible, though i did have a bit of trouble with them fitting in some ESC key slots or by other keys. Even if they were a proof of concept, there is still lots of potential :)
