Gold bags for artisan raffles are little freebies tossed into random orders. Sometimes you get one with your regular caps; sometimes you don't. You always hope for one, though!
etf made them infamous, and now a lot of artisan makers are doing it, but don't be disappointed if you don't get a freebie; if you win a raffle, that's more than enough luck as caps are limited anyway.
